Wilkins Marina

The "Wilkins Marina" is proposed for a location in the Sandbridge section of Virginia Beach. The 76-slip launching and mooring facility would be located in an area known as Shipp's Bay, contiguous to the much larger Back Bay and the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
