2011 Conservationist of the Year Oyster Roast

Todd Barnes, President of Back Bay Restoration Foundation's Board of Directors, presents Will Smith (USFWS, Lake Tecumseh project manager) with the 2011 Conservationist of the Year award.  Click here to read Will's recognition letter, by Todd Barnes.

BBRF annually presents this award to an individual who has had a positive influence in the Back Bay watershed.  We celebrate the award with an Oyster Roast at BayBreeze Farms with our dedicated members, volunteers, and supporters.

We have presented the Conservationist of the Year award since 1997; the first recipient was Mary Reid Barrow.  Click here for a list of all recipients.
