Tram General Information

Come take the wildest ride of your life!......Back Bay Restoration Foundation volunteers have made this one of the most successful projects for BBRF. Thousands of passengers have taken the ride which leaves from Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge parking lot and follows the west dike trail through and travels to Virginia's False Cape State Park.

The tram embarks from the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Contact Station, located at the end of Sandpiper Road in Virginia Beach. Trams will no longer embark from Little Island City Park, as has been the case in past years.

Directions to the refuge can be found here
